
Do you do weekend transport?


Currently, we do not provide individual weekend transport, but this may change if demand increases in the future. We do provide a fortnightly Saturday social trip.
What hours are your drivers available?


Our drivers are on the road from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday.
Can I be taken to a chemist on my way home from the Doctors?


Unfortunately not, we are a point to point service.
I live in Waterloo can I use your service?


We service the Waverley & Randwick LGA’s. There are services that can help you if you live outside our area, for advice please contact us on 02 9369 5366 or My Aged Care on 1800 200 422
Do I have to confirm my transport after the call in the morning?


No, this is simply a notification call. If you are happy with the time and destination you have been given, you do not need to call us.
Can I bring my walker?


Yes, we encourage all mobility aids. Many of our vehicles have hoists for safe wheelchair access. We are unable to transport mobility scooters.
Can I get a vehicle to myself?


While it is common for clients to have a vehicle to themselves we do not guarantee this and there will be occasions where you will have to share a vehicle.
Can a carer travel with me?


Yes we encourage carers to travel with our clients. There is no charge for a carer to travel. We can also provide a carer, if enough notice is provided, we do need to charge for this service.
How much notice is required to book a trip?


For Individual local area transport we ask for two full business days’ notice between the time of booking and the day of the trip.
How do I book a trip?


Please call us on 02 9369 5366 between the hours of 10am-4pm Monday to Friday for all bookings.
How do I pay for a trip?


We encourage people to start an account with us, we will email an invoice to you monthly. You can pay over the phone by credit or debit card.
How much does the service cost?


For CHSP For local in area trips our fee is $10 one way. We also have group trips starting from $10. Please call us for prices on out of area trips. For NDIS Trip cost estimates please see our NDIS section ​
Is your service Free?


No our service is not a free service. Our trips start at $10 for a one way local trip.
Am I eligible to use the service?


We support people living in their own homes that are over the age of 65 and live in the Randwick & Waverley LGA’s. We also assist people who are participating in the NDIS program. Under our CTP program, we have capacity to support people who are transitioning to the NDIS program as well as people who need temporary transport for rehabilitation and re-enablement and that live in the Randwick & Waverley LGA’s. How do I register with the service?
